Four to five repetitions of Bhramari is plenty. People with epilepsy, head trauma or tumor, migraine, severe or persistent headaches should avoid Bhramari.

4. Bahaya pranayam - This pranayama is not easiar than other pranayam it is very dificult to do ne . technique is applied in the state of "external kumbhaka (suspension of breath after exhalation). Bahya Pranayama is referred to elsewhere as "Uddiyana Bandha," which includes the abdominal lock, root lock (mulabandha) and the chin lock (Jalandhar bandha). Baba Ramdev maharaj refers to Uddiyana bandha simply as the abdominal lock. When all three locks are applied, it calls "Bahya Pranayama."
the Beginners should do Bahya Pranayama 3 to 5 times. Advanced practitioners can do 11 repetitions. that is enough for the general people.

3. Bhastrika pranayam - the bhastrika pranaya is the very easy process to do it. Firt to sit as a any meditate position as very comfertably , than inhale oxygen fully into the diafram through both nostrail and also exhale the fullforce through both nostrail.the inhaling and exhalig through both nostril called bhastrika pranayam. This pranayam simply did as your capacity in three types. First is the slow motion, second is the medium motion and the third is the fast motion. The people have heart and lung disease they shuld have do slowly slowly and be carefully and comfertably. The healthy man and women can start slowly slowly than midium motion than finished at fast motion.
This pranayam do meanly three to five minute. After finish this pranayam you will feel fresh and healthy. That is our scope.

2. Anulom vilom pranayam- It is the best exercise for the liver and lungs the process of doing it Hold your right nasal with thumb, breathe in from left. Now open right nasal and close left nasal with middle and ring finger and breathe out from right nasal. Now breathe in from right nasal. Now close right nasal and open left and breathe out and in from left nasal. and so on.
It should be done atleast ten minutes.
one thing keep in mind while doing anulom vilom pranayam breathe into lungs not to stomach. no organ in stomach absorbs oxygen. Do not hurry. Do it slowly. Rest whenever needed (in any pranayam).
How to close nostril while doing it To be done by closing the nostrils one after another, close the right nostril by the right hand thumb, and likewise close the left nostril by the 2nd and 3rd fingers (Madhyama and Anamika) fingers keep the palm of the hand in front just above the Nose. please do care fully but no problem no any side effect of this
